In other words PLAY FAIR! Don’t use any chips or navi's deemed unbeatable. Uppernavis are "unbeatable" by ruling, and so, are not counted against by this ruling.

4. Please don’t use any pictures from this site-

Please don’t steel any thing from this site, if you do some codes here are copy righted and you can get in SERIOUS trouble if you do steel them, but also if you want a pictures here just PM Netto and you might be able to use it.

5. Stay on topic-

Please keep on topic in replies.

6. Make sure your posts are readable-

It’s ok if you like to spell some things certain way's (like I do), but just make sure people know what you mean.

7. Do not double post-

Please do not double post; doing so will get you a longer wait for a reply and a warning. As a side-note: Double Posting is when you post: BMP, etc. just so your topic won't die. If you post because you don't want to edit your post or because you thought someone else had posted and you are replying to another part of the topic, it IS NOT Double Posting. Moderators and Admins will have to be judicious, and if they have any questions on what is Double Posting or not, PM one of the Council of Five.

13. Sig size must not be more than 622x506!

If you want the sig to be bigger post in the forum made for this. If you violate this rule your sig will be removed.

14. No advertizing!

There's alittle thing called affiliates that is used for advertizing. If you wish to be added advise a head official and they will take care of it. If there is any advertizing of any pornographic sites or media you will be suspended for life no questions asked!
